"The future of our church rests in the minds of our children. I'm very proud of the work being done at
Ss Peter & Paul."
-Bishop Gerald Kicanas
Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School is a Community dedicated to nurturing spiritual growth, strengthening moral values, and developing academic excellence.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the reason for our school. All education is based upon this conviction.
We believe that parents are the primary educators of their children. We support their effort to help their children become Disciples of Christ as we provide a Catholic value base in all aspects of our curriculum.
We believe in education of the total child to his or her maximum potential, and we provide a climate wherein each child can achieve the intellectual optimum, a breadth of aesthetic appreciation, and an understanding of their responsibilities and privileges of members of cultural, civil, religious, social and academic communities.
Student Learning Expectations
Student Learning Expectations (SLE's) are those most basic goals that we, parents and faculty, have for our children as students of our school. They are simple statements that embody the most essential skills for a life time of success and fulfillment. In short, the student learning expectations of Saints Peter and Paul School can be defined by the acronym PEARL.
P - Problem Solver
E - Effective Communicator
A - Active Christian
R - Responsible Citizen
L - Life-long Learner
All that we do, all decisions made, all lessons taught,
are guided by our desire to help each child be a PEARL
